Please note: Rental prices are per booking per week NOT per person and include: Electricity, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Cleaning Fee upon departure and all Florida State Taxes

Please note:
• Initial deposit required at time of booking is £100 per week.
Confirmation of booking will be given upon receipt of deposit.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• A FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit of £150 is required
to be paid with the balance.
• You must have read, understood and agreed to the Terms
and Conditions of rental when making your booking.
Guest Services
Pool Heating (per week) £80To be ordered and paid for prior to arrival. This will allow the pool to be heated 24 to 36 hours before arrival.
Welcome Pack (Tea Coffee and Milk)
At check-in WatersEdge Villa will:
Be provided with clean and fresh bed linen and towels
Have sanitized deck and pool furniture
Have a chemically balanced pool
Have immaculate lawns and gardens
Have been thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed before
guests arrive
