Description
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge freezer with ice making facilities, electric cooker, dishwasher and double sink with garbage disposal. Also included, all modern conveniences which guests would need in their own homes included toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle and a full range of crockery, cutlery and glassware and all utensils needed to make your stay perfect.
There are utility facilities which include washer and dryer capable to handle a large family wash. An iron and ironing board is also available.
The dining area has seating for six with seating for two at the breakfast bar.
The two master bedrooms are on suite and have direct access to the pool area. These rooms also include a TV with remote control and hair dryers.
There are also two twin bedrooms with their own shared bathroom. These are situated away from the TV to allow children to sleep.
All the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for guests.
All the rooms are fully equipped with linen and towels.
The lounge area also has direct access to the pool area. All doors leading to the pool are alarmed for the safety of children.
The lounge provides TV and DVD. Also included is a Hi Fi system for guests’ use. The furniture has been hand picked to provide comfort to our guests; the settee also makes a double bed if ten guests wish to use the villa.
The telephone is for the use of guests – an ATS card can be purchased from Walmart which is situated very close to the High Grove community. There is also a bank at the entrance to High Grove.
The pool area is south west facing and has seating and loungers to use. The pool and spa can be heated if required by the guests. The sun shines on the pool all day with beautiful sunsets at night. The pool area also has a covered area for guests (Lanai).
WatersEdge villa has stunning views over a small lake and conservation area beyond. It is a very private and quiet area to have a holiday of a lifetime.
